Supermarket Manager Overall responsibility for store operations, team management, sales performance, and customer experience across an entire NESTO outlet. This is the most senior store-level role in the list and requires strong leadership and P&L management capability.
Fresh Food Manager Leads the fresh food department — covering produce, meat, dairy, bakery, and deli sections. The role requires deep knowledge of fresh food supply chains, quality control standards, wastage management, and UAE food safety regulations.
Lifestyle Department Manager Manages NESTO’s lifestyle product categories — covering home, fashion, stationery, and related sections. Requires strong merchandising skills, category management experience, and the ability to drive sales within a competitive hypermarket environment.
Electronics & Home Appliances Manager Oversees the electronics and home appliances department, managing product assortment, team performance, supplier relationships, and department sales targets. Experience in consumer electronics retail is directly relevant for this position.
