AC Technician Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of air conditioning systems across high-rise towers in Dubai. You will handle split units, ducted systems, and central AC components as part of a structured preventive and corrective maintenance programme. UAE high-rise AC maintenance experience is directly relevant.
Plumber Manages plumbing maintenance and repair across residential and commercial tower floors — covering water supply, drainage, sanitary fixtures, and pipe repairs. Experience handling plumbing systems within occupied high-rise buildings is the strongest background for this role.
Electrician Responsible for electrical maintenance and fault rectification across building systems in high-rise towers. You will carry out wiring repairs, lighting maintenance, DB servicing, and general electrical works within a structured FM environment. DEWA-approved electrician status is an advantage.
Multi Technician — Civil A cross-trade civil maintenance role covering painting, plastering, tiling, carpentry, and general building repairs across Al Fajer’s tower portfolio. Multi-skilled civil technicians who can handle a range of maintenance tasks without requiring specialist callouts for every job are highly valued in FM operations.
