BMS Operator
Responsible for monitoring and controlling building management systems.
Ensure smooth operation of HVAC, electrical, and automation systems.
Identify faults and perform system checks.
ELV Technician
Handle extra low voltage systems such as CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Plumber
Install and repair piping systems.
Maintain water supply and drainage systems.
Identify and fix leaks and blockages.
HVAC Technician
Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Perform routine inspections and repairs.
Ensure system efficiency and safety.
Electrical Technician
Install and maintain electrical systems.
Troubleshoot faults and repair equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards.
