- MEP Supervisor
Who Can Apply
- Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications are required.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management operations.
- Strong computer skills with hands-on experience in report preparation and CAFM system operations.
- Experience managing FM services within residential or commercial towers.
- Experience working under Owners Association management is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa are highly preferred.
