What You Will Do
You will lead the customer service team while simultaneously managing the commercial and operational side of client relationships. Day to day that means preparing accurate quotations, managing RFQs, tenders, and pricing submissions, and conducting cost analysis to support competitive bids.
On the client side, you will handle inquiries, requests, and complaints directly — building strong working relationships with clients, global agents, and business partners.
