Mason Performs masonry, blockwork, tiling, and concrete repair works across Hayatt Group’s client buildings. UAE building maintenance or FM masonry experience required.
AC Technician Responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems across Abu Dhabi properties. Split unit, ducted, and central AC system experience in a UAE FM environment is the strongest background for this role.
Electrician Handles electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs across building systems including wiring, lighting, distribution boards, and general electrical works. UAE FM electrician experience with knowledge of Abu Dhabi electrical standards preferred.
Plumber Manages plumbing maintenance and repair — water supply, drainage, sanitary fixtures, and pipe repairs across residential and commercial buildings. UAE FM plumbing experience required.
MEP Supervisor Leads the MEP maintenance team — coordinating technician workflows, managing work orders, ensuring quality standards, and liaising with clients and building management.
