Khidmah Facilities Services is currently recruiting for the following female-only positions:
1. Female Assistant Manager
- Minimum 2 years of staff supervision experience is required.
- Experience in event operations or public safety coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with local beach regulations and incident documentation procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality, retail, camps, or similar environments.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors, stand or walk for extended periods, and assist in emergency situations.
- Confident working in public-facing, high-visibility environments.
2. Female Beach Supervisor
- Proven lifeguarding experience — typically 2 to 3 seasons or equivalent rescue hours.
- Experience in incident command or emergency management.
- Strong swimming and water rescue capabilities.
- Administrative and report-writing experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple incidents under pressure and maintain situational awareness.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Bilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
