Honest Take on These Roles
Emirates Group hires to a high and consistent standard across all departments. The VP Security role requires genuine senior leadership credentials — 12 years minimum is a hard floor. The Flight Dispatcher and Aeronautical Services roles are technical but accessible for experienced operations professionals with the right licence background. The Flying Instructor role at EFTA is an outstanding opportunity for instructors wanting structured development within a world-class training environment. The SFE Boeing role offers the strongest published compensation package of the five — AED 423,360 annually with a benefits stack that is difficult to match anywhere in global aviation.
Apply early for all roles. Emirates receives high volumes of applications for specialist positions and screens rigorously at every stage.
